Procurement SIG members share common interest in implementation and usage of Oracle Advanced Procurement products. Procurement SIG interest also extends to other applications like financials, inventory, enterprise asset management that are closely integrated with procurement functionality.
Procurement SIG is not restricted to any industry vertical, indeed, one of the core objectives is to network and share best-practices from across verticals and benchmark processes and metrics from diverse industries.
The main objectives are:
To provide a forum for the sharing of information and experience on the selection, implementation, and effective use of Oracle Advanced Procurement products;
To maintain a mechanism for establishing, and communicating to Oracle Corporation, users' collective priorities for the future development direction and enhancement of Oracle Advanced Procurement products, with the objective of ensuring their continuous improvement;
To maintain a robust and effective worldwide communications channel with Oracle Corporation regarding the Applications; and
To promote the optimum benefit-in-use of Oracle Advanced Procurement by supporting education and training programs and events associated with their use; and through conferences, publications, and electronic meeting places dedicated to the Oracle Advanced Procurement products.

Subhonil Ghoshal (Chair) is currently program manager at Genpact, facilitating sourcing and procurement process transformations for customers across several industry verticals. He has managed Oracle Application projects for the last 10 years in various roles: user, consultant and leadership of implementation and applications management projects. Lately, his focus has been on strategic sourcing and procurement process optimization leveraging managed shared-services concepts.
Subhonil has presented widely in industry forums as well as in Collaborate and Open World sessions. He has work experience in USA, India and Europe and is currently based in the bay area.

Narcy Wimberley (Co-Chair) With a career spanning of 20 years, and roles in Management, Purchasing, Sales, and International Business, Narcy Wimberley has held a number of leadership roles. Since 2001, she has worked with the Friedkin Business Services and is currently the Procurement E-Business Administrator, managing the functionality and customer support for the Oracle Procurement application services.
Narcy is C.P.M.-Certified Purchasing Manager, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the I.T.M Institutto Technologico de Merida., Diplomate in Marketing and Public Relations I.T.E.S.M Instituto Technologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Brad Raque Brad Raque (Co-Chair) is currently the eProcurement Process Manager for Humana Inc. in Louisville, KY. Brad manages a team of expert functional users in designing, deploying, and utilizing various supply chain and financial modules of the Oracle eBusiness Suite in support of Humana's procure-to-pay processes. In addition to his systems responsibilities, Brad is also responsible for leading on-going procure-to-pay process improvement projects. In Brad's previous role with Humana, he was the services commodity manager where he was responsible for the strategic sourcing of $100M+ of spend.
Prior to joining Humana, Brad was a senior supply chain consultant for Ernst & Young where he was responsible for executing strategic sourcing and supply chain system implementation projects.
